Henderson's Phil Goodwin dominated the 30-lap Charger feature,scoring yet another Bullring victory. The race to watch was for second place, waged by Mario Opipari, Vinny Raucci and Dylan Kwasniewski. The battle overheated on lap 25 when Raucci and Opipari made contact and both cars spun in Turn 3. The caution flag placed Dylan Kwasniewski (driving James Wingard's car) on Goodwin's bumper on the restart. Opipari retired to the pits and Raucci restarted the race at the rear. Disaster struck on the front chute as Raucci's car made made contact with Kwasniewski's Camaro and it rolled over onto its roof and skidded into Turn 1. Raucci was not injured but his car exited the track with the assistance of two wreckers. The race restarted but the mayhem continued as Kwasniewski crashed with Dallas Simonette on the back straightaway. At the checkered flag, it was Goodwin, followed by Steve Tilton and Hayley Lager. Charger heats were won by Goodwin and Raucci.

Chris Trickle won the Bandolero Bandits feature, followed by Vincent Raucci Jr. and Christian Glass.

Phil Goodwin won the 30-lap Charger feature. Mario Opipari recovered from a late-race spin to work his way back up to second place. Dylan Kwasniewski -- in a borrowed Charger --
finished third. Mario Opipari and Goodwin won Charger heat races.

Defending champion Phil Goodwin was second in the Charger points going into tonight’s feature race but found his progress impeded by mechanical woes which caused a trip into the wall in Turn 4. Mario Opipari took the lead on lap 7 from Dallas Simonette and led the rest of the way. Simonette finished second and Vinny Raucci was third

Chris Trickle won the 12-lap Bandolero Bandit feature, followed across the finish line by Christian Glass and Vincent Raucci Jr.

The 25-lap Bomber feature treated fans to plenty of passing and three-wide action. Race leader Bret Empey nearly lost the position on lap 4 when he came up on a lapped car in Turn 1. Empey, trying to hold off Wade Pearson, braked hard and nearly spun into the infield. Just four laps later, Empey lost the lead when he, Pearson and Pete Meyer raced three-wide and encountered the same lapped car. The Bombers couldn’t make it four-wide through Turn 1 and Empey was forced to brake hard once again and he fell back to third place. Pearson won, followed by Meyer and Barbara West. The hard-charging Empey had to settle for fourth place.

Defending Charger division champion Phil Goodwin of Henderson scored his second win of the 2010 campaign by a comfortable margin of more than three seconds. Behind Goodwin was a fierce battle for second and third place, waged by Mario Opipari, Dallas Simonette and Vinny Raucci. Opipari finished second and Raucci was third. Eight-lap Charger heat races were won by Opipari and Goodwin, both on the last half of the final lap

The 12-lap Bandolero Bandit feature was halted on the opening lap for a rollover by Erika Thigpen in Turn 1. She was not injured. Chris Trickle won the event, followed by Christian Glass and Vincent Raucci Jr.  Jacob Tilton won the Bandolero Young Guns feature ahead of Michael Morris and Danny Nicolai.

The marathon Charger feature was slowed by a number of caution flags for spins and crashes. When the pace settled down, Phil Goodwin led the field, followed closely by Mario Opipari and Vinny Raucci.   Defending Charger champion Goodwin led the slightly-battered field across the finish line to score his first win of 2010. Opipari finished a close second and Raucci was third. Eight-lap Charger heat races were won by Raucci and Goodwin.

Chris Trickle won the 12-lap Bandolero Bandit feature ahead of Christian Glass and Vincent Raucci Jr.

Mario Opipari passed race leader and opening-night winner Vinny Raucci on lap 22 of the 25-lap NASCAR Charger feature and went on to record his first win of the 2010 campaign. Raucci made one final attempt to retake the lead in Turn 4 with the checkered flag in sight, but Opipari held him off. James Wingard finished third

Christian Glass won the Bandolero Bandit feature over Chris Trickle and Vincent Raucci Jr. The 12-lap Bandolero Young Guns feature was won by Jacob Tilton ahead of Christian Warren and Michael Morris

Vinny Raucci wins opening-night 25-lap Charger feature at the Bullring

The 25-lap Charger feature was halted on the first lap for a multi-car pile-up in Turn 4. No one was injured by several cars were eliminated. Vinny Raucci survived the melee and went on to win the second Charger feature of his Bullring career ahead of James Wingard and Chuck Burgess. Charger heat races were won by Wingard and Raucci.

All results are unofficial until Monday morning.
